Menomonie City Council opens all parks to dogs

MENOMONIE — The City Council approved ordinance amendments Monday that will allow on-leash dogs in city parks, drive-up alcohol sales at grocery stores and the creation of a 12th ward. Following a successful nine-month pilot program, the council voted to open up all parks for dogs.
