MENOMONIE — A Menomonie man pleaded guilty Tuesday to seventh-offense drunken driving, which had resulted in him driving his vehicle into a fire hydrant in January. John H. Raney, 50, 1202 Ninth St. E., is charged with operating a vehicle with a restricted controlled substance in his blood.
