A Greece man is accused of threatening to shoot up a school in a music video posted to YouTube, according to Greece police. Randy Ross, 23, is charged with making a terroristic threat, a felony. He was arraigned in Greece Town Court and remanded to the Monroe County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash …
